2027 MACUL Conference
Call for Speakers

The Call for Speakers is now open for the 2027 MACUL Annual Conference!

This will be the 51st MACUL Conference and the conference theme is “Powered by Connection.“

Submissions are due by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:59PM ET

Submit your proposal by following these steps:

1. Read the MACUL Speaker Proposal Submission Guide- 2027. This has important information and will help you understand what we are looking for in a quality proposal. It also contains guidelines, compensation information and proposal types.
2.  Use the MACUL 2027 Speaker Proposal Planning Worksheet and the Presenter Guide For Designing Inclusive and Accessible Sessions to craft your proposal responses so that you can copy and paste your information into the submission form. The worksheet will make you create a copy for your use. You will need a Google account to do this.
3. Go to the MACUL 2027 Speaker Submission Form and submit your session information. (Make sure you have read and used 1 and 2 above before submitting. )
