The rates for the MACUL conference this coming March 13-15, 2024 are listed below.  This year’s conference will be in Grand Rapids and feature the dynamic in-person event you count on us to deliver, as well as a virtual track.

Cancellation – Conference Attendee

Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email (macul@macul.org) by February 28, 2024.

A $75 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds shall be processed after 2/28/24, regardless of reason or notification method. 

Cancellation – Exhibit Hall Booth

Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email (chris.garrett@macul.org) by February 14, 2024.

Booth cancellation requests received by 2/14/24, will receive a 50% refund of the fees paid. No refunds of booth related fees shall be given after 2/14/24, regardless of reason or notification method.

Transfer Fee

Payment:

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and school purchase orders (PO) for payment.

Payment or purchase order must be received within 30 days of completing your registration to avoid cancellation.

No Show Policy:

If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. The no show policy applies regardless of the reason for the no show.

Preservice Teacher

Only applies to those undergrad students actively enrolled in a college of ed program or those currently doing their pre-service teaching.

If you are registering as an individual pre-service student, then please complete this form to register with the discount.

If you are representing a College of Ed Teacher Program and would like to register multiple students, then please contact the MACUL Office via email at macul@macul.org.

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE ATTENDEE RATES

We are excited to offer a Virtual Track with pre-selected sessions for those of you not able to attend in person. 

The MACUL Virtual Track is currently being developed and structured to provide the optimal virtual experience possible this year.  Please check back here for more announcements as the virtual track plan is put in place by the planning team.

Checkout last year’s Framework for a rough idea of our previous virtual track model (please note 2024 may not follow this same plan)

Tuesday Evening: Launch Party – Join us for a series of unique conversations and collaborations on the importance of meeting every educator where they’re at in their journey.

Wednesday: 4:00-7:00 PM: MACUL Virtual Track – Six 50 minute sessions – These sessions will be “Live on Zoom” and recorded for access post-conference by Virtual Track registrants.

Thursday: 4:00-7:00 PM: MACUL After-Hours – Six 50 minute sessions – These sessions will be “Live on Zoom” and recorded for access post-conference by Virtual Track registrants.

Friday/Saturday Morning:  A special session offering unique to the virtual audience.

Bonus Content: As part of your virtual registration, we provide access to additional pre-recorded sessions.

*The Virtual Track Sessions from Wednesday & Thursday will be recorded for access later by those who register for the virtual track.  The recordings will be of these “Live Zoom” Virtual Track sessions and will not be recordings of the on-site sessions that are happening in person.

**Onsite rate applies to virtual registrations after 3/11/24.

Superintendents Offer

All Superintendents that have a member of their district staff attending #MACUL24 are eligible to attend the MACUL Annual Conference for free. Please contact our office via email at macul@macul.org for more details on how to secure your free conference registration.

One Workshop

Please check out the available workshops page and be sure to review the offerings in all three slots.  

At registration, you will be asked to make a selection for time slot for the desired workshops you wish to attend.  

If you register for one workshop only, you may attend any workshop from any of the three time slots, e.g. – one workshop from slot 1. 

To attend more than one workshop, you must register for other workshops.  You may not register for more than one workshop in a time slot. 

Two Workshops

Please check out the available workshops page and be sure to review the offerings in all three slots.  At registration, you will be asked to make a selection for time slot for the desired workshops you wish to attend.  

If you register for two workshops, you may attend any two workshops from the three time slots, e.g. – one workshop from slot 1 and one workshop from slot 3, while not attending one from slot 2.

If you register for three workshops, you get the biggest discount and will be able to attend 6 hours worth of in-depth learning content.

Primary Speaker

We are excited to offer for the first time ever a special rate for all primary speakers.  This rate will be applied to any primary speaker of any type of session. 

Secondary speakers must register for the conference under one of the full registration types (full conference, one day rate, etc.)
