Cancellation – Conference Attendee
Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email (macul@macul.org) by March 1, 2023.
A $75 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds shall be processed after 3/1/23, regardless of reason or notification method.
Cancellation – Exhibit Hall Booth
Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email (chris.garrett@macul.org) by February 15, 2023.
Booth cancellation requests received by 2/15/23, will receive a 50% refund of the fees paid. No refunds of booth related fees shall be given after 2/15/23, regardless of reason or notification method.

Payment:
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and school purchase orders (PO) for payment.
Payment or purchase order must be received within 30 days of completing your registration to avoid cancellation.
No Show Policy:
If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
